# Season Concept

Each season in Metacces is a central pivotal event that extends for several weeks, and is built around philosophical symbolism or a narrative event, connected to a stage of evolution or a transformation in the digital ecosystem.

For example:

* Season of Emergence" may focus on rebuilding lands after digital collapse.
* Season of Reflection" revolves around internal tasks that reflect the evolution of Oli and the player.
* Season of Factions" focuses on conflict between clans or opposing symbols.
